After the Commander was robbed of a case containing Lupin Collection pieces Cyclone Dial Fighter and Trigger Machine Biker by Bundorute Peggy, Jim explained to the Patrangers that GSPO had been investigating the Collection and chose to bestow the pieces they had acquired upon the Tactical Unit following the emergence of the Ganglers and Lupinrangers.
