An android who is the guardian of the Bio Particles, Bio Robo and Bio Dragon, built as an experimental robot when the Bio Particles were in development. He came to Earth 500 years ago and showered five courageous people with Bio Particles. Now that Gear has made its move, Peebo and Bio Robo gather the descendants of the original five. He shows a great fear for Silva. He cried at the death of Mika Koizumi. In the last two episodes, he used himself to energize Bio Robo.
